Would you enjoy WORKING FROM HOME? We are experiencing a dramatic increase of folks that have been greatly impacted by the events of the past few years. We urgently need the following: LPCs, LPCs Under Supervision, LMSWs (with outside supervision) and LCSWs. Current credentialing with BCBSOK and other private insurances a plus. We offer flexible hours. All of our therapists are currently working remotely from home and will continue to do so until further notice.
Job Description
We are looking for motivated, self-starting therapists for immediate hire in our family owned, outpatient behavioral health clinic. Applicants MUST be willing to quickly assume a full case load. LPC candidates will be considered and will include free supervision with remote supervision meetings available. Telehealth experience a plus. Must have the technology to work remotely.
Licensed Independent Contractors are compensated by an agreed upon percentage amount of total billable hours. This range is from 60% to 70% depending on experience.
LPC Candidates are required to be W2 employees and compensated $25 to $30 per hour to start with a review for pay increase in 90 days. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling
• Provide ethical counseling services congruent with agency policy and effective
clinical practice
• Keep documentation and maintain accurate client Electronic Health Records
• Utilize "Measurement Based Care" to monitor the progress of the client
• Make and facilitate client referrals to support care and attain treatment goals
• Cooperate with and report to administration on any arising issues
